  • Note: Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to product availability.   

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of order processing.
  • You can track your order using the link provided to you by email, text message.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • SURAJ SURGICALS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).   

5. Damages:

  • SURAJ SURGICALS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact us with video proof of the product package opening. 

  • We will assist you in this process if needed.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at 8233331288 within 1 day of order delivery to get assistance. 
  • We will assist you in getting a resolution for the concerned problem. 
  • We will not be held responsible for packages that are stolen after they are delivered.

7. Address Accuracy:

  • It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
